Purpose of the Position
The position to be filled is in the division's Cross-functional Business Project Management team
The main responsibility of business project management is investigating commercial, regulatory and technical change requests and institution integration proposals from applications in the Cross-functional scope.
Business Project Management is Transactis Request Management's main contact, and investigates and coordinates studies with internal and external partners in order to provide quotes. It is responsible for the functional scoping of accepted requests. It draws up requirements and contributes to or takes responsibility for steering Cross-functional projects, reporting to the leader of the “Cross-functional Business Project Management” team.

Level of qualifications: 4/5 years of higher education
Description of the main responsibilities
You are responsible for Business Project Management for Cross-functional applications.
Your role is to investigate requests concerning the applications in your scope:
*Analysis of business line needs in collaboration with customers' banking teams (business project managers, project correspondents) and/or Transactis's in-house teams
*With IT project management, contribution to and coordination of the production of quotes
*Scoping of functional solutions
*In coordination with IT project management, determination of the impacts on the IT system
*Production of requirements and functional specifications
*Assistance to in-house teams in the definition of the approval strategy, support for approval
*Support for IT project management during delivery phases in production
*Support for IT project management for the analysis of incidents and accounting differences
*Reporting on the progress of work to the various project stakeholders
*User support in the applications you are responsible for
