Purpose of the Position
Within the e-banking platform, the project manager's responsibility is to ensure implementation of the division's “E-banking Disputes Management” team's applications, providing Transactis's customers with an E-banking disputes management application.
As project manager, your role is to design and implement the expected changes, and to manage projects within this application domain, reporting to your team leader.
Level of qualifications/Experience
Level of qualifications: 4/5 years of higher education
Description of the main responsibilities
The person who fills this post must:
*Review the specifications provided by business project management
*Provide the functional and application expertise needed to produce application design documents to upgrade the application
*Produce the development deliverables
*Perform unit and assembly tests
*Provide support for users, approvers and business and IT project management
*Update the documents relating to this work
*Execute the production launch through to stabilisation after production launch
*Monitor the implementation of work
*Take responsibility for the everyday operation of applications and managing production incidents
*Steer IT projects, by producing reports and managing relations with Transactis's internal and external customers, keeping to the budget and the schedule, and meeting quality standards for the deliverables

*Taking account of the standards and procedures in effect at TRANSACTIS
*Taking account of the priorities and rules determined by the team manager
*In accordance with the stated costs and lead times
